Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Memekas products. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund.

Condition

Items may be opened and used and are still eligible for return, as long as they are not damaged. Items that are damaged, or missing significant parts not due to our error, may not be eligible for a full refund.

Exceptions

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive defective or damaged:

Soap & Scrub Combo
Face Mask
Foot Mask
Eye Mask
Face Tape
Personal Hygiene Products

Return Shipping

We cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

How to Start a Return

Email us at orders@memekas.com or call or text (214) 377-0055 with your order number to begin the return process. We'll send instructions and your prepaid return label.
