Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Some items are prepared and shipped directly by our brand partners and take longer to process: SOMME INSTITUTE up to 4 business days, NATUR•ALL up to 5 business days, THOME and WHAMISA up to 6 business days, and PREDOMINANTLY BLACK up to 9 business days. Each of these items lists its processing time on the product page. You’ll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking once it ships.
Delivery time
Standard shipping takes 3– 10 business days after your order ships.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on orders $50 and over
- $4.99 standard shipping on orders under $50
Multiple packages
Because our products come from different partners, your order may arrive in separate packages on different days. Each package has its own tracking number.
Tracking
Tracking details are emailed when your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive it.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us within 5 days and we’ll help resolve it.
